My wife so exided to use it. Easy to use, great quality. It is more than enough for us(family of 4) don't need any bigger.

Bought it for my wife. She wanted the red one so much for many years and finally could make it. She is so happy. Mixer is very well built yet simple to use. It is easy to clean and very powerful. When not in use it looks great as a furniture. Recommended.

I bought this for my wife for our one year anniversary. Never owned a kitchenaid but this seems like a fine piece of equipment. It's like having another person in the kitchen! The pasta attachment is awesome for making stuffed ravioli, & grandmothers favorite, Double chocolate creampie!

Didn't particularly care about the size of the bowl, or the color of the product so this was a perfect buy for my needs. I love it!

With my Carpal tunnel worsening I really needed a good appliance to do the mixing work for me, however the price for the model with the best reviews was out of my price range. When I received a notification from Best Buy that it was reduced by half, I grabbed it. It was the best decision ever! It is sturdy and easy to use. Cooking is now a breeze and I am so glad I have it. It does all the hard mixing that I could not do anymore. I wish that I had bought it years ago!

It is heavy and sturdy and easy to use. In other words KitchenAid still makes great mixers. The hardest part was picking the model although I bet they are all good.

My life has become much easier in the kitchen when it comes to baking!

This mixer did NOT disappoint!! I've used it to make buttercream icing, pretzel dough and cupcake batter so far. Impressively put together and performs better than even expected. This is not the highest end model KitchenAid offers but it does everything most people will ever need. If you are a baking enthusiast, cooking larger batches of things regularly or looking for more features (tiltable bowl etc..) then you may want to step up to the professional series. One good thing is that Kitchen Aid attachments work with all models (there could be some minor exceptions there) so you can always get a larger bowl or a splash shield later on (check compatibility to be sure). The ice cream maker attachment and the pasta maker attachment are compatible for this model for sure. I use this mixer every chance I get! I plan on picking up a couple of the attachments sooner or later but for now, everything that comes with it (paddle, whisk, dough hook and 4.5qt bowl) is enough to handle all of my demands. I HIGHLY recommend this mixer to anyone who wants a durable mixer that more than lives up to it's reputation.

This is my second kitchen aid stand mixer. My first was purchased 30 years ago, and will be handed down to my daughter, as it still runs like a dream. I HIGHLY suggest a kitchen aid for anyone starting out, or who just likes to bake. Frosting, bread, cookies, candies or any food that needs mixing this machine gets it done. There are also many attachments, pasta, sausage, veggy strainer and more are avalible and mixer has the power to run them! My kids fave item is whipped potatos, so yummy

I am an avid baker and have always wanted a kitchenaid mixer. I finally caved and purchased this when it was on sale for $199. I had really wanted a bright color but landed on the silver due to the price. I actually love the color, it is very clean and matches the color of the bowl very well. It also comes with a recipe book that tells you which speeds to use which I have found very helpful to guide my use of the mixer. The whisk attachment is a lifesaver. I'm able to easily make macarons with almost no hassle at all. Definitely recommend as it is a great investment.

I received this as a mother's day gift. I had been wanting ine for sometime thinking itvwit would make baking easier! I didnt realize EVERYTHING this mixer could do...you can even make pasta with an attatchment that you can get. It is just so easy to use and makes baking fun! It comes in a variety of colors sure to match your decor. The speed and durability is unbelievable, it was exceeds my expectations....

I was just so excited to get one and I am in love with it. My girls and I love making different types of breads and cookies. I love the silver too. Matches my appliances. I love it so much I bought the same for my sister.

Had wanted one for years. Always heard wonderful things about this mixer and I was not disappointed. Couldn't wait to start using it! Easy to use and makes cleanup a breeze. No more sore arms from stirring or messes from hand mixers. Even better, it was half off in a flash sale!

It is a high quality mixer, however I recommend the 5 quart mixing bowl version. I find it awkward to pour and add items to the bowl when the blade is in the down position as there isn't much of a gap to do this. I thought I was purchasing the Kitcheaid Artisan model, which has the bigger bowl. I wasn't paying close enough attention, and was disappointed when I discovered my error. However, this mixer BLOWS AWAY the handheld mixer I had been using for years. I am satisfied with this one.

I have a fifteen year old Kitchenaid pro model that has seen me through three kids, school bake sales, and holidays, and as much as I love it, it weighs a TON. I wanted a second one for lighter baking purposes, and the tilt head function. I haven't weighed them yet, but can tell there is several pounds difference between the two! This model is beautiful, and slightly more petite, lightweight, but with similar power to my old pro mixer. These machines are made like the old; you can pass them on to your kids when they move out (if you are willing to part with it that is! ).

This has become one of the focal pieces of our kitchen and my wife will never back without it. It's built to last a lifetime and the red color is really nice too. We hope to be using this mixer for decades to come!

I really love my KitchenAid for the ease of mixing cookie batters which my grandkids enjoy with me. Plus it looks beautiful on my countertop. No need to hide it away.

I recently bought this mixer because it was recommended by a friend, and I'm glad i listened. This mixer is AMAZING! And it looks pretty cool on my counter top. It is easy to use, and mixes large amounts with no problem. Clean up is pretty quick and easy too, just pre-rinse a little and throw the whisk and bowl into the dish washer. Definitely a great investment/addition to my kitchen.

No more whisking or hand mixing this thing is state-of-the-art and with the attachments that you can purchase the possibilities are endless.
