Not positive. I'd call Best Buy or use online support. But Best Buy is a good company. I assume they will let you return it, just because you bought it on cyber Monday doesn't make a difference. You would get the purchase price returned not the standard shelf price when not on sale. Highly likely you can bring it into any Best Buy store.

I haven't returned the mixer but several purchases I've made on bestbuy.com I was able to return in my local store, just bring in the receipt/packing slip or credit card used to purchase & ID.
Again, I've not returned a small appliance but I have returned electronics that weren't to my liking and there was no charge/restocking fee.

If you purchased the mixer through Best Buy online on Cyber Monday, you can go into a Best Buy store to return it. You cannot return items purchased through Best Buy "MarketPlace". Check your receipt
