Nope not recommended, I've used multiple devices using voltage regulator all of them were a disaster, buy what is available in your country without all the hassel

Because of the difference in electrical requirements between U.S. and foreign models, KitchenAid does not recommend the use of a transformer, converter, or adaptor for any KitchenAid countertop appliance.
