Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi rashada, All KitchenAid countertop appliances that are purchased in the U.S. and Canada are manufactured to operate on 120 volts, 60 hertz. KitchenAid countertop appliances that are designed for use in European countries and most other countries outside the U.S. are designed to operate at 220 volts, 50 hertz. Because of the difference in electrical requirements between U.S. and foreign models, KitchenAid does not recommend the use of a transformer, converter, or adaptor for any KitchenAid countertop appliance. Doing so could cause damage to the appliance or the home electrical system.
