This sounds like your sound bar may be receiving residual signal from your TV. Please make sure the TV is turned off and your TV's digital output format is set to Bistream or PCM (NOT AUTO). Another thing to keep in mind is that smart TV's "are constantly doing background maintenance and updates through the internet, even when the TV is powered off. This internet signal can cause the sound bar to power on, thinking that it is about to receive and output signal." This may be a setting that can be adjusted in your TV's settings.
