In order to switch from the Bluetooth playback to the aux playback, push the volume button in. That acts as a switch to cycle between the two playback options.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sounds like either: 1) you have a device somewhere that is connecting automatically or 2) someone is messing with you and connecting to them. Since the speakers don’t connect to devices, but the devices connect to speakers I would travel that path first to see what’s going on. If your certain no device is actually connecting, perhaps they are defective.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I live in an apartment, too, and I keep getting this issue every now and then, (I mean, who are these ace holes leaching on
where they don't belong!) But the solution is to keep your speakers on, and this is the most important part - while your aux is connected, keep running music/noise/etc. When there is a break in the BT connectivity, these puppies look out for aux, and you are hooked on back. This usually takes about 10 minutes at worst. Then, it will not look for BT stuff as long as you keep playing till they disconnect. And disconnect they do. It is mostly drunk/amped up dipskits who hook into your BT. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you live in an apartment complex, then you may have the same problem I have. I have neighbors connecting to my speakers and blocking me out. What I recommend is getting a USB Bluetooth Transmitter and using that in place of your AUX cord. Unfortunately that's the only way I know to keep them to where you could use them unless you take the Bluetooth receiver out of the speakers themselves, but I don't know if that will hurt the speakers.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this is a big problem with these speaker's, you can't disable Bluetooth. White light means Aux active, blue light means Bluetooth actively connected and AUX disabled. Until you find what's connecting to your speaker and shut it off you can't use it. In a multi family complex this could be a problem.
