The RP-600M can absolutely be used in a stereo (2-channel) speaker configuration. You only need one amplifier to power and send signal to the RP-600M speakers. Your 100W amplifier should be a great match. Bi-amping is an alternative way to use the speakers, but is not the recommended way to connect them. We recommend a standard (single amp) connection.
