They will work, but how well? you've spent a lot of money on a quality AVR, don't scrimp on speakers or subs - they are more important to the total cinematic experience than the AVR is. I would strongly recommend 2 subs that do down to 20hz or lower. These only go down to 29 hz. The sound of explosions and gunshots is in the 50-70 hz region, the "chest-thump" region.l, but the rumble, the feel, of explosions and earthquakes and spaceships, the part that you feel as much or more than you hear, starts below 25hz and goes into the high teens. Those subs cost more and are physically bigger, but worth it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a Yamaha 7.2 system with all the same features as your Pioneer (including the 2 sub outs) and I get equal power to the subs. I just bought a second of these exact 12 inch subs and it sounds good. Still dialing them in, but so far so good with both. I don't see why it wouldn't work with your Pioneer, being a .2 system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes as long as you have 2 Sub outputs they will work well.
