• Yes this subwoofer has complete volume control frequency adjustment and you not only hear the base but you feel the bass the bass that comes from this subwoofer illuminates throughout the room it doesn't just appear to be coming from the actual subwoofer but it seems as though bass is being projected from areas of the room where the subwoofer is not actually at.

• Yes... u should have a channel volume on your receiver and or remote to turn bass up or down...
