• Once you set it, it should stay on. If it turns off after turning off the sound bar try updating the firmware. There is a firmware update for these sound bars for that reason.

• Yes u can turn on the soround sound this system is great it sounds much better than the $1500 bose I tried the bose before this sound bar I am super happy with it
