A:AnswerI had this exact problem. Only Netflix and Amazon were coming in with static when playing a video. All trailers and selection sounds were fine. I was using Amazon Firestick with AV cables which didn't really work with Dobly Digital Plus. Going into Amazon Fire settings for Audio and was able to turn off Dolby Digital Plus. This stopped the issue.
A:AnswerI had a similar experience. Talked to both Klipsch and best Buy. Switched from HDMI to Optical cable and that solved the problem. Also, there is a new firmware update that with retain the sound level and the surround sound features.
A:AnswerWe lost ours too. We have Cox cable (w/remote) and realized goofing around one night that if you press the music notes on the top of the Cox remote then press ‘volume’ up or down you can get volume whenever you want it. Then it is on whenever the tv is on, and goes off whenever the tv goes off. We have the optical digital connected. (Love it!) We still get up to turn it on- but that’s liveable. At least we didn’t have to buy another remote!
A:AnswerI purchased this system about a month ago and I haven't had any issues what so ever; best sound bar by far as far as performance goes.
I suggest you contact their engineers and speak directly with them to see if that's a known problem if not they could try and replicate the issue on their end
The only problem I have with the system Is when it's turn on there's no indicator lights on letting you know it's powered up; the only way you can tell is if you switch from one setting to the next
A:AnswerNot hard at all. I prefer using an optical cable to get the richer sound rather than trying to bluetooth from the TV. If you are going to use bluetooth, use it with your mobile devices.
A:AnswerSame thing happened to me too, the motherboard went out on my 5 year old Klipsch R10. They don't make the replacement part any more so now my $400 is down the tubes. Too bad, I really liked the unit. Never will I get a Klipsch again.
A:AnswerSubwoofer on my system produces same performance. If this is by design, they did a poor job of matching subwoofer to the system. I’m not impressed at all.
A:AnswerI have Dish Network, really not sure how i did it but the Dish Network remote does work the soundbar. Volume and the power on/off.
I know that doesn't help much, but at least you know its possible...
