“The rSB-11 (my 2nd actually, first made a buzzing sound) doesn't work with the Samsung TV and Cox cable box. Resorted to Optical connection which solved that problem but now RSB-11 won't respond to remote. I can't shut it off and have to unplug it.”

I have Dish Network, really not sure how i did it but the Dish Network remote does work the soundbar. Volume and the power on/off. I know that doesn't help much, but at least you know its possible...
