“If I play something from Apple TV, about 10 seconds after the show/movie starts, the sound turns off for a couple seconds. This will happen again about 2 minutes into the movie/show..any way to fix this?”

I purchased this system about a month ago and I haven't had any issues what so ever; best sound bar by far as far as performance goes. I suggest you contact their engineers and speak directly with them to see if that's a known problem if not they could try and replicate the issue on their end The only problem I have with the system Is when it's turn on there's no indicator lights on letting you know it's powered up; the only way you can tell is if you switch from one setting to the next
