A:AnswerYou should not have to worry about blowing anything out. Klipsch speaker are meant to work extremely well at any volume and they are built to last. I have a 20 year old 4.1 THX system on my PC. Is use them loud a lot of the time and they sound as good as new, no crackle or anything. They are designed to used at maximum volume unlike some speakers. They are limited as not to damage them. Although I would be amazed if you could stand it at full volume, especially with a Blu-ray. It gets crazy loud for a soundbar. The range of the Klipsch speakers is amazing!
A:AnswerThe sound is amazing for what it is. A sound bar is for people with limited space or don't want to have a large surround systems like I have in my man cave. A sound bar a simulate surround sound but it can't give you the same feel as speakers behind you or above you. That being said I put this in my living room to replace a samsung sound bar and I'm more than pleased with its performance.
A:AnswerYes. It has 3 HDMI inputs and a digital (optical) in as well. I run optical out of TV into the soundbar and just mute the TV speakers. That way anything connected HDMI is automatically sending audio through it into the optical.
A:AnswerTo activate bluetooth on the Klipsch RSB11, you must hold the bluetooth button down on the remote (or on the front of the soundbar) for a full three seconds to activate it.
A:AnswerThe rsb-11 is a stand alone soundbar with a wireless sub. They are both powered and don't require any receiver and won't work with a receiver.
Klipsch does make good center channel speakers to be used with a receiver as well as passive sound bars that also work with receivers.
A:AnswerI don't use HDMI cable I use optical and seems to have a pretty high quality of sound when it passes through with no issues. The HDMI can only be hooked to an ARC HDMI port on a t.v.,that being said it would push through HDR.
