Rotate base and try every 90°. This helped with mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The subwoofer is totally automatic in terms of it's connection to the speaker. Is is plugged in? How far away from the soundbar itself is the subwoofer? Does the soundbar work? It is possible the bass is turned all the way down on the remote. There is no way to know what the current setting it because the panel does not display a level. Try hit the bass + just above the volume pad. You will know it when it's up. It's also possible what you are watching is very limited in bass itself.
