• Kwikset Model: 925 KEVO DB L03 interior is not designed for exterior use and should be under cover and needs to be protected from the elements. The exterior can be installed on an outside door but not be exposed to direct weather.

• Yes, it has a rubber gasket around the rims of the door so water will not damage it.
