No, the lock is connected through bluetooth and you'll need to be in range (about 75ft) to do anything with the lock. You can purchase the Kevo Plus Hub for $100 and supposedly it will connect to wifi and smart devices like Alexa.

Yes, connected through wifi. You can unlock remotely (outside of your home wifi network) which is really convenient!

It's Bluetooth, so within Bluetooth range... for this, about 5-10 feet. Remote connection via wifi requires a dongle that costs more than the lock.

No, the unit uses Bluetooth, you must be within 33 feet to operate the lock remotely.
