It’s likely the firewall is blocking it on one or both PCs. You need to shutoff all security programs on both PCs

Make sure both machines have the same version of PCmover. You may want to go thru the Pre-Transfer checklist on the user guide. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this recently between two laptops each with a 4tb hard drive on a wireless network. It took about 3 to 4 days to complete. Just be patient. The bigger the drive and the programs and data on the "from" computer and the speed of both affects the transfer time. Also if you are doing through a wireless network, the time will increase.
