• It transferred office over and their docs, but made my office software not valid, of which was activated for a number of years.

• Yes the program can move those applications.

• Yes - everything will transfer. All programs and desktop icons will transfer and work perfectly. Also - just FYI - you can also download each folder ( example documents or excel folders) to a flash drive). Downloaded the complete folder (not each individual document). Please let me know if you have any other questions.
