It will transfer from the operating system you boot from. If you want to transfer from both, then you will need two copies of PCmover and run it on the 2nd OS after booting up to it.

If you boot from the Windows 7 partition, it will migrate that one, if you start from the Windows 10 partition, it migrates that one. (it will not migrate both partitions in one job)
