• You can download the product from the website, and get a license code from them. But the best way to do it is buying the physical product outright. You can then do as many migrations as you want, along with a data erasing program included with it in case you are giving the old pc away (but don't want your sensitive files such as spreadsheets and your banking info to take the trip along with the computer!)

• Whether you buy it in the box from Best Buy or you download it you can not use it for multiple migrations. You will have to pay for a new license for every time you use it.

• I purchased mine with the CD. You have the option of downloading it as well. I installed from the CD

• I'm not certain. I purchased the original disc back in the early 2000s and again recently when I purchased another new laptop. I believe you can download from the website and request at the time of purchase the CD. But I am not certain.
