Yes you can. You can run it as many times you want to on both machines. You can easily specify which programs, and folders, to transfer. Microsoft Office will not transfer as well as some propriety programs. The program will let you know which programd it is very confident will transfer without a problem, which programs it is not sure of, and programs it knows will not transfer correctly.
