QuestionCan you use a wireless charger while this case is on the phone?

- Answer Yes you can. You dont have to remove phone from case to charge, just lay case flat on its back and it picks up the charge.

QuestionReceived this case today and am wondering why on the inside front cover there is a sticker with a picture of a magnet and a credit card with a line through it. I thought there was no magnet in this cover.

- Answer You cannot store credit cards inside the case as they get demagnetized. The bad part is this is NOT clearly explained on samsung.com.

- Answer Mine didn't work at all after the update. Ive got the Galaxy note 8. After reading several blogs with others having the same problem, one person had a simple fix that I tried and it worked. I guess the update changes settings. All I did was went into settings and turned the NFC back on and my case came back to life. I hope this helped. Good luck

QuestionI bought this case recently and the case will always have a message icon when i turn on the LED screen even though i have no messages nor do i have that icon set for anything. Is there away to get rid of that icon?

- Answer Normally, when the case cover is closed, the LEDs come on and will display your time. When you get notifications, the icon will appear depending on what it is and then it should go away. If you have issues, I would recommend to take it back or contact Samsung.
