A: Mine didn't work at all after the update. Ive got the Galaxy note 8. After reading several blogs with others having the same problem, one person had a simple fix that I tried and it worked. I guess the update changes settings. All I did was went into settings and turned the NFC back on and my case came back to life. I hope this helped. Good luck

Great case, if you can get past...
I purchased the grey version initially. It has white LEDs, while the blue one has blue LEDs. Having to open it to take a photo can be an inconvenience. After a month of use it has already started to show signs of wear at the hinge area, and has a small tear. This is from folding the case back, and holding it from the flap itself. Having the extra protection for the screen is great, and it doesn't add much bulk like some cases tend to do. It allows you to set different icons for your phone contacts, and even create custom icons. Changing your music without opening it is a nice touch as well. The card holder fits one card card well, two will cause stretching over time. All and all a great concept, if the price was lower I'd feel better about the flaws it has.

Great Phone Case
This case is great, the front LED display helps with screening important calls and notifications. I use the front card for my ID and with Samsung pay and other payment apps I can go to many places with out needing to carry my wallet with me. The one issue I have had is when the LED display is on it can interrupt wireless charging, and if you have certain notifications you haven't cleared the display will keep reminding you of those notifications which results in continuous interruption of wireless charging.

Interesting case for my Note 8
The Samsung LED case is a nice addition to my Note 8. I wasn't sure how well I would like a folio style case, but I have actually enjoyed it, although it is a little bit of a hassle holding the phone and using the camera. The LED customizing app lets me customize the readout for different callers in my contact list. That does let me be creative. The case has held up pretty well for the 2 months I have had it, but it is showing signs of a little wear at the bottom of the hinge. While it is a neat accessory, I think the nearly $60 price tag is excessive. I pulled a star for pricing.
