No, You will have access to the seed phrases that the ledger give you when setting up the device. Keep the seed phrases (or the recovery key if you are going to recover the device on another ledger device) safe and if something happens with the ledger you can use the seed phrases on any wallet (like phantom) and recover your wallet.
