Those who want a handheld form factor and have money to spend. Its running OLED and vrr compared to the OG in addition to hardware changes. The switch 2 cannot play anything else besides Nintendo games short of being modded. The Claw 8 AI is a better comparison to make against and the Legion Go 2 16gb is about $100 more than the Claw MSRP. Whether performance increase and OLED is worth the increase is yet tbd.

Don’t even compare this with the Switch 2. The Switch 2 is a kid’s toy based on decade old entry level smartphone tech. The Legion Go 2 is the most advanced tech on the market.

So.. I think the target deomographic is 28-48 year old gamers that bought a very nice tv they mever get to use.
