It depends on your store location. The closest one too me has a few copies on the shelves but the other 2 that are close, don't have any. Underneath the "Compatible Platforms" buttons is a little area for store pickup, you can change your store there and see which stores closest to you have it.

This is an older game, so stock will vary by store. I'd suggest either calling your store or looking at the web site for availability. The Q&A section is not really the place to ask about in-store stock, since that changes every day. (For example, there were no copies in my store when I bought the game, but there are two copies there now.)
