Can I install without the sound bar power module? null

There is a kit without the sound bar option.

Well. You "could" but it is all one cord from bottom to top... and the sound bar is in the middle of the cord and is attached and not removable. So, essentially, you "could" install just the top hole and the bottom hole and let the sound bar area hang inside of your wall... I suppose. But there are tons of other options out there without the sound bar section.

This specific model would need the sound bar module installed. If you do not need the sound bar adapter I would suggest the WMC701 which is the same kit just without that sound bar module.
