I ordered these and the package arrived already open. All the ends of the cord covers were rough and had plastic strands like they had already been hack-sawed. My question is when purchased brand new and unopened should the ends of these covers be smooth? null

Hi to answer your question. Yes there rough. That’s normal. But strands. I would say double check with the store that doesn’t seem normal.

The ends of the channel may be a little rough with some plastic strands, but should be easy to lightly sand if needed. The channels should measure 30 inches each - if this is not the case please reach out to us at (800) 621-0049.
