• Yes, monitors are generally universal. Check for the connections the monitor has. Be sure the monitor is compatible with the version of the operating system the computer is using. This system has Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

• Yes, I use an LG monitor that I used on my old HP computer. No problems at all. Just about any monitor will work with the Lenovo.
