“My Lenovo - 8" Smart Display with Google Assistant - White Front/Gray Back has stopped all voice or sound. I've tried several times resetting the unit by unplugging it and resetting my router with no success. Help!!!”

Please try the following steps. 1. Please try to turn up the volume by pressing volume up button 2. Please try to reboot device and check it again. 3. Please use another device to play the video or music to check whether its an issue with the media itself. 4. Please reset the Device (Long press VOL+ and VOL- 8 Seconds). 5. If the issue persists, please contact customer service at 866-426-0911
