how come for me it has a label 165 hzs but the monitor settings dont let me put it to 165 it says its stuck at 60hz null

I saw this at first but all you have to do to make it 165 is to right click your screen and go to Display settings>Advanced Display Settings> and then you can choose the refresh rate!

Hello, thanks for your question regarding the Lenovo G27c-10 27" Monitor model #66A3GCCBUS. If you are not getting advertised framerates please check the framerate on your source content. The Monitor will only display up to the framerate which you are feeding it. To utilize the freesync feature you will need to use a DisplayPort cable as this feature is not available through HDMI.
