Hi JB, thanks for your question. There are multiple ways to transfer data between these devices. The easiest way is using Google’s Built-in transfer system during initial setup. Simply begin the setup of your new device, then ensure both devices are connected to the Wi-Fi, on the next screen you will be prompted on whether to transfer data from a previous device, simply select Copy apps & data, finally choose which method you would like to use for data transfer whether through Wired connection or Wireless. You will then be asked to sign in to your Google Account to finish setup.
