In general, both 64-bit Windows 10 and 32-bit Windows 10 can run 32-bit programs. Some older versions of 32-bit software will require that you install an emulator to run them on a 64-bit system. We recommend you check with the specific 32-bit software publisher's web site, of the APPs you want to install, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. Check to see if you will need to also install an emulator to run the 32-bit APPs you will be using.
