• According to the owners manual, there is only one slot, but 12 or 16gb ram memory can be installed.

• The Lenovo IdeaCentre 730s-24 All-In-One system is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The Best Buy Geek Squad Agents are certified technicians and can upgrade this model for you.
