• You can test your camera's functionality off line by following these instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028647/windows-open-the-camera-in-windows-10. Be sure the Allow APPs to Use My Camera is checked. If the issue continues we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
