If you bought a new, sealed in the original Lenovo box, Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system, there is both a wireless mouse and keyboard within the box. Be sure to unpack and unwrap all the materials within the box. Once you plug the A340-22 AIO in and turn the computer on for the first time, there will be both on-screen as well as auto step by step instructions for activating Windows 10 for the first time and setting up your computer. If there is not mouse and keyboard within the box, we recommend you contact the location you purchased the computer from.
