Can this run PhotoShop? null

If you can purchase & download PhotoShop from The Microsoft Store then the answer is yes. If not, and/or you already have the software, the answer is no. This laptop comes with the Win11-S mode OS, which is much more secure but limits what can be installed. The "S-Mode" feature can be disabled with no fee but is is a 1-way street and can't be reversed. A quick web search willl provide the steps you would need to take to disable S-Mode.
