Is the RAM upgradeable? null

It is NOT upgradable! I purchased based on the person that answered yes and found out the ram is built right into the motherboard. You cannot upgrade it.

Since there was strong disagreement on this question, I went to the Lenovo website, where I found the conclusive answer: the RAM is not upgradeable past the 8GB soldered on the motherboard.
