It should still be under warranty. Return is for an exchange.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Either the power cord or the battery has an issue. But try this first, unplug the power cord for 10 minutes. When you plug it back in press the insert button in the top row, for a couple seconds. Its next to the F12 key, and see if it boots up. it boots up
