• Did you write it down some where and forgot where you put it. Always use a password that you can remember. There is a icon when you boot up the laptop that will say forgot password. You can also try using another computer to login into your Microsoft account to change or to see your password that you have used. Also go on the Microsoft web site to find a way if you get stuck in trying this they will have better answers because you are not alone with this problem.
