I wouldn’t recommend for that. You need a bigger memory just to download the program that you need to edit the videos. Only the program would overload the memory and then the laptop would be super slow

That will depend on the editing software you plan on using. There is no editing software pre-installed with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system software.
