This laptop is so limited in space that windows cannot even complete updates without a message saying there is not enough memory. Windows takes up the entirety of the hard drive and without adding anything to it there is not enough room for windows. Please do not waste your time or money on this, find something else...you will only regret the purchase of this product like I do, a birthday gift for my 79 yo Mother and sadly it cant even cover her extreme basic needs.

We recommend you check with the software provider for the available hard disc space needed and the compatibility with this system's Intel Celeron processor and 2GB of RAM.
