• This system ships with a dual voltage (AC 120/230 V (50/60 Hz)) AC adapter. To use outside North America, you will need a wall plug adapter.

• I think from your question, YES. The power converter with the PC accepts input power of 100-240 VAC, 50-60 Hz. Europe is 240 VAC and 50 Hz so you are good using a plug adapter only. (No power converter needed). The PC runs on 20 VDC outputted from the cube.
