Windows 10 is using 16GB to 20GB of the 32GB hard drive, then they have 7GB to 11GB of default apps that cannot be removed, for a total of 27GB. Now you need 8GB for the security update which puts you at 35 GB on a 32GB hard drive, so you will never be able to install the update. I noticed that there is an option to create a restore point and restore to Windows 7, but this is not a solution as Windows 7 requires the same amount of hard drive space. This happened to me, now I have a Trojan virus that cannot be removed by Windows defender even though it recognizes it. I tried to wipe the hard drive which you cannot unless you have a restore point on the PC prior to the virus, or on a USB or external hard drive. I didn't, so I'm taking the machine back to Best Buy, as it is less than 1 year old and can't support Windows that came on the machine. I can't imagine what Lenovo was thinking, selling a computer that doesn't have a one year useful life. I contacted their customer support who logged my complaint....that was all. For me, Windows has lost my allegiance as a user since 1995. I recommend it is time to switch to a Mac!
