• No. It ships with "Windows 10 in S Mode", a sort of slimmed down version of Windows. It allows you to only download and run programs from the Microsoft store as well as only use Microsoft Edge for web browsing. If you want to run other programs outside of what's available on the Microsoft store, you will need to remove the S Mode feature of Windows.
