• Hi, Mike. It would depend on what ports your docking station rely on to connect to your laptop. For example, if it is powered through USB-A 3.0, then it could work with this ThinkPad. But, if it's powered via USB-C, it may not work with this model since its USB-C port supports data transfer only.
