Hi, john. It shouldn't be an issue with the pin connector featured on the power adapter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That should never happen. Was either the charger or the laptop used/refurbished, etc.? Sometimes, when a not-new model is sold, they just throw in any charger that works, with no other consideration.
