Hi MaryMaryKelly, You can open most Office apps offline and interact with them to an extent, so long as the content and saved documents are downloaded locally to the system, and you are subscribed to some form of Office 365 plan. After one month, you still have limited use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, through the browser. You can also purchase a version of the Suite, or download the free Kingsoft Suite. If you opt for a purchase and want to save money, you can buy the prior version of Office (2021), which is selling for under $50.
