“I wrote before about my Lenova laptop disconnecting from wifi and it is still happening. The last couple of times it has happened I get the message "The driver for your Realtek RTL8822BE WiFi 6 802.11ax PCIe adapter network adapter isn't running." Help.”

We'd like to work with you to resolve this. To start, please follow these steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the network drivers for your system from this Lenovo Support webpage: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/1-series/ideapad-1-15iau7/82qd/82qd00hmus/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Networking%3A%20Wireless%20LAN&id=E3519D23-890E-4DE1-9064-DE6E7DA2515B 4.
