    • Answer The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 laptop, model number 81WE00NKUS, ships with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit Operating System. Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost. This configuration has the Intel Core i5-1035G1 processor, with a base speed of 1.0GHz and a Turbo Boost Speed of up to 3.6GHz. This configuration uses integrated graphics processing within the Intel Core i5-1035G1processor. It is the integrated, Intel UHD Graphics version.

    • Answer There is a 30-day trial of Microsoft Office 365 included as part of the Windows 10 operating system. In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. Additionally, there is a 30-day trial of McAfee Virus Protection Software that will automatically activate with the initial activation of Windows 10 an run for the 30-day trial. At he end of the trial you can purchase a McAfee subscription, uninstall McAfee and use the free Windows Defender that comes with Windows 10 or uninstall McAfee an then install your choice of any compatible 3rd party virus protection. Just uninstall McAfee if you do not plan on using it as there can only be one active virus protection software on the computer at a time.
